My photos look crisp and sharp when viewing them in Lightroom but once I export my photos (from RAW TO JPEG) and view them on my windows viewing software, they appear soft and less detailed. I even tested and tried sharpening the photos to the maximum degree but this made no difference. I am using Windows 10 and Lightroom 5.7.1. I have attached a photo with my export details. I've read the answers for some of the other related posts but nothing I do is working.
Using DropBox.com or something similar, can you link us to the raw file and the exported JPG so that we can see what you are seeing?
My guess is that you have been applying sharpening in Fit view, which will not give you a correct rendering of the sharpening.
Sharpening and noise reduction must always be applied and evaluated at 1:1 (100% view) - any other view will be inaccurate and misleading, due to image scaling.
This also goes for the exported image. To make a valid comparison, you must compare the image in Lightroom at 1:1 with the exported image at 1:1.
