I see you have an Adobe account under the same email as with forums, however i don't see any active subscription.
Kindly share the Adobe ID under which you have purchased the subscription, in a private message.
Meanwhile you may refer the steps mentioned in the link below for help ::
First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,
Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
