    Can't get premiere pro to open

      Upon opening my premiere pro 2015 CC software I'm getting a box telling me about trial software and telling me to sign in to confirm my email address. I sign in and it reloads the same box telling me about trial software and to sign in. Is anyone else having this problem? How many problems are likely to occur and how often with adobe software? Is their an adequate support system that helps to trouble shoot in a timely manner? Is AVID a better program and service? Impartial replies would be greatly appreciated. Speed and standard of reply will answer my last question. Cheers
