I want to freeze my account (not cancel it) - as I will not be using the creative cloud applications over the next two months so therefore do not want to pay for it over that time. Is that possible? or do I have to cancel my account?
As far as I know, you may not put a subscription on hold... if you don't want to pay, you must cancel
AND, there is a fee for an early cancel
