I was reading and highlighting a document in my Acrobat Reader. It normally synchs fine with the cloud. But now it seems to be stuck for hours now in the Outbox with the message, "Saving to Document Cloud..." and with the swirling circle icon. What can I do to stop the saving process and recover the doc?
Could you please tell what size is the document?
Is this happening with a specific document or with all of them?
Please restart iPhone/iPad and try to sync document.
Also disconnect your device's Data connection and connect it again and see if it works.
