Could be fonts, could be graphics.
Why is this an issue. Neither file is very large at all.
The entire reason I'm posting about this is because it's an issue to me, believe it or not. We deal with frustrating bandwidth limitations, and while it may seem unreasonably small my files should optimally be below 30MB. The file in question isn't totally unmanageable, but I'm worried about keeping future file sizes under the threshold since this particular document is shorter than usual and yet it jumped up 12MB in size for what seems like no reason. So I'm asking people who know more than me about InDesign if there's something I'm missing.
Fonts, graphics - should be roughly the same between the two files, but definitely noted for future reference, thank you.

But you're looking at the raw links. These images get scaled and/or downsampled. You're saying they should be the same but without breaking the EPUB open and checking the graphics there, it's impossible to say they should be the same.
Now that is not something I intuitively considered, and that absolutely could be the issue. Thank you.
