    CS6 runs only in trial mode.  Stops working once activated.

      Win10, after reset...

      • Installed/activated CS6, but it would close after 5 seconds.  (No crash, no message, just quit.)
      • Uninstalled/installed/activated CS6, same deal.
      • Uninstalled/installed CS6 trial only, which worked fine.
        • Licensed the product, but thereafter it would close after 5 seconds.
      • Deleted license file, and CS6 worked fine again.
      • Updated everything in trial mode.
        • Re-licensed the product, but thereafter it would close after 5 seconds.

       

      I tried a dozen variations on the above, and still couldn't find the magic combo, but I know someone here does.  That's what Adobe support says too:  The top tier arcanists all work the forums now.
