Hi i have a problem with my account, i used to have my Creative Cloud Acount and I had to change mi credit card. So the plan was finished. The 28/06/16 I paid again to get mi one year plan and the payment was made successfully, I’ve got the confirmation email with order number etc. and I still can get lightroom working. Still on free version. I’ve checked on my profile and it says timed out. But the payment was successful.
Can some body help me please!!
Unfortunately the new CC has not been recognized by the activation though the CC is active, it needs to be escalated. Please contact support via Adobe Support
