Hi ronk83003878 ,
Please provide the Application & OS version on your device.
Is this happening with all files viewing on browser .
Please refer to this article :- Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Opening PDFs in Acrobat Reader
Let me know how it goes.
IOS is version 9.3.2 and Adobe Acrobat version is 16.06.28
Please try after restarting your device & also check with the article share in the previous reply.
Thank you Yatharth but that doesn't work.
The blank PDF pages seem to have content because I can see part of the header containing the phone company logo and if I highlight text I can see that there are some boxes being highlighted but I can't see any of the printed information. When I open the same PDF using Documents 5 (version 5.5.5) it reads perfectly. Based on that I suspect that it may be a bug in Adobe Acrobat.
Would you be willing to share your PDF document with us (Adobe) so that we can investigate further?
I've sent you a forum private message with the instructions on how to share your file with us.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you very much for sharing your PDF document with us.
I confirmed that the problem was caused by a defect in Acrobat Reader and created a bug report to fix it in a future release of Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad.
We apologize for any convenience this may have caused.
Thank you again for reporting the problem.
