Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed
-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

No change. It still brings up Licensing Manager when opening up Photoshop with Cancel or Try Again and I've no valid subscription. Click Try Again, says fine, you're all activated. Then just brings it up again saying I've no valid subscription. Still can't open the apps.
I've fixed this with Adobe Tech via Chat. Apparently an issue with my account at their end.
