- why is this topic marked "Assumed Answered"?
- if it's not answered yet, is it considered OK for Adobe to not react to such ticket within several hours? Frankly, I find it problematic for a customer if no login is possible and no solution is offered quickly.

Those of us who support the forums in an 'unofficial' capacity do not have access to that type of information. In addition, unlike Customer Care, the forums are not monitored 24/7.

Are you able to sign in to phonegap build with that github username by clicking on the github button on the login page?
Once signed in you should be able to link that account with an Adobe ID.
Or i can just delete the existing account and you can register again.
you already have an adobe ID linked to your account.
does this message mention show up when you click the large "sign in with adobe ID" button on the login page? you do not have to enter your email and password on our site, it will use the single sign on page at adobe.
The adobe ID that is linked to PhoneGap Build is the same one used for the forums here.
