I have used Photo Stock many times, but today I encountered my first bad "download" of an image. The thumbnail shows up normal in my download folder, but any attempt to open or actually use it results in 95% of it being shaded out. Since this is for a holiday post today and is time-sensitive, if I don't resolve this now, I would like a credit for the image. Screenshot attached.
Have you tried opening it in another program? Even in your browser would work.
Perhaps try downloading it again. I downloaded it and it works fine. Try viewing it in another program to troubleshoot if it is the image or the program.
Note: I added the watermark over the image so it couldn't be just taken from here.
Yes, I tried to open it in Photo Shop and received the message the file was corrupt or truncated. Since then, I moved onto another image and would like a credit from Adobe. this was my first and only bad download. Weird, because I could see the thumbnail which was OK.
I've granted you a credit for the troublesome image. Are you using the most current version of Photoshop? I wasn't able to reproduce the issue either.
