Adobe Staff did not give solutions
Same problem here. Adobe stuff didn't give any solutions except closing account etc... moreover support guy couldn't even cancel my subscription and initiate a refund, my case was escalated to other department and „will be resolved in next couple of days“
Found alternative software with fits my needs.

I am having this same problem. Last payment (through Amazon) was Nov 24 (more than three weeks ago) and there is no problem with it. Next payment isn't for another week. I get the message:
We've discovered an issue with your last payment for Creative Cloud Photography.
Adobe help chat told me to take it up with Amazon. Amazon help chat says the payment went through just fine.
The countdown timer is currently at 14 days.
