    We've discovered an issue with your last payment

      When I open cc Photography apps I get this message.

       

      "We've discovered an issue with your last payment for creative cloud Photography Please go online to manage your account and verify your billing information."

       

      I contacted support and was told I had to start a new account because of Technical Issues.

       

      I have already paid on the 23rd last month and not due to pay till the 23rd this month.

       

      My account is paid through Digital River (Re-seller)

       

      I do not want to cancel my account and start a new one as I have done so much work on it.

       

      Any ideas.
