Has you Signed Out and then back in using the correct Adobe ID that is associated with the subscription plan? If not give that a try.
You can also Sign Out and Back In in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Are you connected to the internet when you get this warning display?
I have the same issue. The credit card is fine and i checked the card bill of the last month and the adobe annual payment was done correctly.
I finally shut down the adobe subscription. Ten days and no response. I paid for a whole year subscription. They refund me but is sad that never find a solution.
