    trying to update

      I opened XD last night and seems like there is an update. The dialog said that i need to contact my IT admin to get it updated. Is there a new process for updating XD? please advice. I don't have an IT admin that does it because it's my personal laptop.

          Hi, Karthik-

           

          This error message will show up if the Creative Cloud account you're logging into is set up as a managed enterprise account. This generally manifests itself as having no applications tab in your CC account. Let us know if that's not the case, and we can escalate to see if we can get you unstuck.
