Having big troubles trying to download an image I just bought.
I've received an e-mail with order number and detail but I can't find this in my library or in my order list.
Payment has not been processed which is why you can't find the image.
I'm checking this with our IT team and will let you know when resolved.
In the meantime I've added a credit to your account so you can license the image you require.
