my Stock photo account has fallen from 20 to 2 in one hour without downloading

Hi:

This morning I was looking for pictures when I suddenly noticed that I had only two to download when I have a little more than 20.

I would like to resolve this issue.

Check your license history, you probably licensed images instead of saving the previews. The counter isn't 'downloads' it's available licenses. You can download licensed images as much as you like.

I've checked all my donwnloads and are correct. The change from 20 downloads to 2 was produced in a few minutes and I heven't licensed all those photos yesterday . It was a system error for me.

Hi Ed

There appears to be a billing issue with your Stock subscription. Please check this with your card issuer then contact support to ask them to resubmit the payment request - Contact Customer Care
