I have several devices licensed for Digital Editions. I used an email address to create the Adobe ID and that email account has been closed. I forgot the password I used for my Adobe ID and now I need to de-authorize a couple of old devices and authorize some new ones. The problem is that I need the password. When I use the "Forgot Password" option on the Adobe sign-in page, they send an email to the closed email account.
I tried Adobe's on-line Chat without success.
Can anyone help?
Problems with your Adobe Account itself can solved only by customer support. You should contact custommer support https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=ADE_adobe-id-signing-in_stillNeedHelp for help. If the mail adress no longer exist the support help to change the adobe id to a other so can reset again.
