    Eyedropper picks different color

      As u see on the title.

       

      I imported a video file and set it opacity to %96

       

      Then created a solid layer over it and pick it color with eyedropper, but it picks that color when it %100 opacity. Thank you for the solution from now.

          This is normal. The standard color picker does not sample the alpha channel.

           

          The work around is to put a black solid below the layer you want to sample that has transparency. Once you have taken the sample you can delete the black solid.

           

          Another work around may be to use Effects>Generate>Eyedropper Fill but that effect is a bit of an odd duck. It only samples pixels on the layer it is on, but it may work for your project. I'm just not sure because I don't know what you are trying to do. The temporary black solid below the footage is probably the easiest option.
