De-authorize stolen eReader

My Kobo Touch was stolen some days ago.

I had authorized it with my Adobe ID via Adobe Digital Editions.

Now I want to de-authorize it but, obviously, I can't plug it in my computer running ADE.

How can I deauthorize it?
