FWIW: I don't see any problem with the status page. It displays immediately in the browser.
Could it be a local problem? Have you tried a different browser or a different connection?
Did you try over SSL ? We don't have a proxy or anything here.
The whole point of HSTS is that it says "this page will be over SSL in future, don't allow a downgrade to HTTP". But now the page is either over plain HTTP or serving a broken certificate. Might be the particular edge location I hit or something, but not something at my end.
Did you try over SSL?
No, I didn't. Should I?
(Perhaps I'm ignorant, but what would be the point of having SSL for such status page?)
All page should be SSL, but that's not the point.
It used to be over SSL, and used HSTS to till browsers never to load over HTTP. And now it's SSL config is broken. So you can't see the status page if you ever loaded it before.

Can also confirm -- once you visit the page over https, it's broken. Only thing I can suggest until a fix is in place is to try a different browser or use `curl` (both over http).
Also -- this was in the main PhoneGap forum. I've moved it to the PGB forum, since that's what the status page is for, and may also get picked up by the PGB staff.
