    Called Adobe to cancel my account. However, Adobe changed my plan and charged me extra without my consent.


      Today I called and asked to cancel my account. The woman whom I initially spoke with changed my plan and withdrew $31.86 from my account without my consent. I explicitly stated that I wanted to cancel the account and did NOT authorize this transaction. How can we trust employees at Adobe with our credit card information when they are taking liberties with a card without having permission. This ruins consumer trust in this organization.
