    Wrong code is uploaded

I used PhoneGap before and it worked amazingly. Than I deleted the old app and now I want the create a new one. I did it and tried to upload my code by Git-Repo (Gitlab) and ZIP file. Sadly it doesn't work and there are no errors.

The problem is that it seems to build the demo project. I don't know where PhoneGap Build the code got. Only the Title is correct. Even the description is the wrong one ("Hello World sample application that responds to the deviceready event."). And after installing it, I always get the demo PhoneGap app.

      Further details:

      - App is private

      - GIT is private

      - Both should stay private

Thanks for your time and I hope someone can help me.

Could be a problem with the directory structure.

Do you have both index.html and config.xml (and the default icon.png) in the same (root) directory of the zip file? It should look like this:

You could even place everything in the root directory, if you wish. Phonegap Build doesn't require any directories or special directory names.

Thank you very much. I uploaded the whole project and not just the www folder.
