Overset Text Warning When Updating TOC

I'm getting the overset text warning ("Do you want the table of contents to include items in overset text?") when I try to update the table of contents in my InDesign CC 2015.4 document. However, the error tab at the bottom of the screen has a green light and shows "No errors". My document is 166 pages long, so I really really really don't want to have to go through each page in search of overset text that may or may not even exist.

      My questions:

      1. How can I ferret out the offending text boxes, or rule out overset text altogether, since InDesign won't acknowledge them or show me where they are, other than painstakingly searching page by page?

      2. If I manage to ascertain that there are indeed no instances of overset text, is there a way to make the overset text warning stop showing up every time I upgrade the TOC?

I'm on an iMac, late 2013, OS 10.10.5. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
