I got a message from CC this morning that I need to update my PS and LR.. I did and now I can't get LR to launch... can I uninstall it and reinstall it? I wont be charged for a 2nd account will I ??
No, you will not be charged for re-installing the application.
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and from there you can reinstall the application, you can also let us know the error you getting while opening the Lightroom.
