I am using Premiere Element 14 to create a video which I will upload to Facebook. In my video I have a music background, which sits in the music track, and the voice that is the track with its video. When I export the completed video to my computer everything works fine. However when I upload the video to Facebook the voice in the video clip gets lost and you can only hear the music. This happens if I upload the video that worked perfectly in my computer or when I have Premiere upload directly to Facebook. The same thing happens when I copy the exported video, that worked perfectly on my computer, to my Galaxy S7; no voice only music.
Any help will be appreciated,
If you use Export & Share/Quick Share to output your video and you play it on your computer using the free download VLC Media Player, can you hear all of the audio?
In Premiere Elements, if you open the Audio Mixer (under Tools) do all of your audio tracks register and peak at zero?
Your mono dialogue audio is most probably on a stereo track with the left and right out of phase. A quick fix is to add the fill right with left audio effect to the faulty clips or track. Thanks to Richard.
I'm having the same problem but it's still not working!!!
