Do you mean upload photos to Blurb?
As far as I know, the only way to do that is via the book module. Is that where you are having the problem? Or are you having the problem somewhere else in Lightroom, if so please state exactly what steps bring on this problem.
Can you state the exact complete unedited error message?
I have finished making book in Lightroom then press send to blurb. It downloads photos but stops along the way to say photo not rendered. Sometimes it then says error but doesn't give an error number. Plainly it won't download photo book to Blurb
Upload not download
What is the exact wording of the error? Please quote the error message word-for-word, leaving nothing out.

The error message seems to hint, as Victoria suggested, that there's some kind of physical problem with the raw files
Also check File-names that may cause the problem- Hi, I am using Lightroom4 and I can't get it to render one of the photos in the book that I am trying to upload to Blurb. I have used the same photo before in other books. Any help would be appreciated.

"Transparency" warnings can be ignored! Photos still print OK in the book. It can occur with .PNG .TIF files and now Panoramas (Merge to Panorama) because of the empty pixels that are auto-cropped.
It has actually just uploaded, I have changed nothing, but now it has a page printed upside down. I have been told to recreate the page, which I did and now another page has been printed upside down.
Have now tried again, the message is an error occurred while creating the book.
