Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 Freezes when downloading Flash

Hi-

I have attempted multiple times to download the new version of flash on my macbook air. I even uninstalled my current version to start from scratch but every time I attempt to download it freezes on 90%. Can anyone help me?

I'll need to get some log files from you to find out why it's hanging at 90% download.  Please do the following:

  1. Select the Go -> Go to Folder... menu item from the Finder menu
  2. Copy and paste ~/Library/Logs/ into the Go to Folder dialog
    • This is the User's Library directory, not the system, /Library, directory
  3. Create an empty text file named ADM.trace inside the ~/Library/Logs directory .  The file extension itself is .trace, not .txt or anything else.
  4. Run the installer again.  When it hangs at 90% quit out of the installer to close the window.
  5. Go to ~/Library/Logs/Adobe_ADMLogs directory (use step 1 if needed)
  6. Locate the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files
  7. Upload both files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document​
  8. Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply

The only file uploaded is the Adobe_GDE.log file.  I don't see Adobe_ADM.log file.

Does the installation hand at 90% download or 90% installing?  Please post a screenshot of the installer dialog window after it hangs, or returns an error?
