ICC Profiles won't install into Lightroom

I have Lightroom and Photoshop CC installed on my Windows10 PC.

When trying to load ICC profiles in Print module (or through the Export option) in Lightroom I only get one that is my connected printer profile but no others. Strangely, when printing from Photoshop I can see the full list.

All profiles are saved in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color

When right click on a profile on the C drive I get a popup menu with “install profile” option, however when I click on it nothing happens. Also, I think that they must be installed since the show up in Photoshop?!

So far, I have Downloaded a profile from a Printing firm, and that installed just fine, and my own Canon printer shows up in the Profile list too, along with all the monitor profiles. I have also tried to re-install Lightroom, download ICC profiles again from Adobe site and re-install them (twice) with Lightroom closed. All with no luck.

      Please help!
