    Unable to access Indesign

    mwalker67681522

      Hi

I have a customer in our organization who is unable to access anything on InDesign as it keeps crashing. It happened a couple of times mid flow but is happening all the time when she starts it up and tries to access something. There isn't much information given just that it has stopped working.

Can anyone shed some light please? I have tried repairing the application under programs and features and have also tried resetting her preferences

      Cheers

      M

Seriously, we can’t even begin to guess without a lot more information.

What version of InDesign? What operating system?

First things first…update InDesign to 11.4. The update should be available through the Creative Cloud desktop app.
