It seems to me that Adobe is not able to rectify any problems which arise so they hope that other adobe users will solve their problems for them. I have not been able to find any address to send a screenshot of my problem to them and I have this perception that they try their utmost to avoid direct contact to us the paying customers. Am I wrong?
