      I have installed the Photoshop Express app for Windows 10 Desktop.

       

      There's a screen that says "Sign in with your free Adobe ID to get unlimited access to Premium features such as Premium Looks and Reduce Noise. There are two buttons, one "Sign In" and one "Sign Up".

       

      I have an Adobe ID already, so I try the Sign In button, and I get the message "There was an error connecting to your Adobe ID account. Please try again."

       

      I'm using my valid, correctly entered Adobe ID and correctly entered password.

      I tried to post this question in the Photoshop Express forum but was not allowed to. The system for selecting communities would not let me select Photoshop Express other than Photoshop Express for iOS which does not apply.
