Start by expanding your apk and seeing if the debuggable flag is set, which it probably is. apktool can be used to unpack.
review what plugins you're using, and have a look at their plugin.xml -- they might be enabling debugging (which would be strange).

I also uncheck debug mode but files name ends up with appname-debug.apk. I dont know what to do. And what you mean with expanding file? Can you provide more details?

You can use the "apktool" program to "unpack" your apk file, and open your AndroidManifest.xml. Check that file to see if debuggable is set to true or false (should be true). Next track down whats setting it to true... as mentioned it may be a plugin. Eliminate them and see if that changes things.
