Coordination problem between comp and render

I did a composition which has lots of screen trackings, most of them made in Mocha AE, and some others manually. Then, I put images whith corner pin's effect and in the composition looks pretty good!- The problem is, that when I set it to the render queue, the comp is not coordinated with the final rendered video (h.264). It looks like it's images are one frame forward or backwards. I don't really know where the problem is, but i think there could be a problem with the tracking data... Can I do something in the rendering settings? Thks a lot!

What are your render settings? Are you doing it in AE's render queue? It is not recommended to make an H.264 out of After Effects even when you could do it easily in the older versions. The only way to do it in the render queue in modern versions of AE is to do it in a QuickTime MOV wrapper (which is pretty buggy and isn't even supported by Apple), so that may be your issue.
