I purchased the CC monthly plan for my brother. He recently had comp in shop for something and while there had WIN10 installed. When he got comp back PS and Bridge didn't work. Downloaded trial version and it seemed to work. Went into control panel and uninstalled PS. Now trying to download full ver again and it won't let him. He keeps getting a message saying 'YOUR TRIAL VERSION HAS EXPIRED" and wanting to know if he wants to buy. Any help would be apprecated.
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
-If you have more than one email, but sure you are using the one linked to your subscription
Already did. Photoshop downloads then went it's finished the aforementioned message pops up.
