start a name.

violated the naming convention for this attribute. For example, id and name
attributes must begin with a letter, not a digit.

If you click on the anchor (1) it jumps to the bottom of the page but the "back to top" anchor does not jump back up to (1)?
The code looks okay to me but I can't figure out why it won't jump back up to (1)?
