I don't understand what Windows 7 (problems with 10) means.

If you're using Windows 7, just doing a fresh install of Flash is probably a good place to start.

Uninstall Flash Player - Windows:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Go here:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If that doesn't work, I'm going to need to know more about your computer and browser to give you any useful advice:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1195540

Also, are you using any newly installed ad-blockers, anti-tracking plugins, software firewalls, etc?

Okay, if I'm understanding, you're just mentioning that you've upgraded to Windows 10 and then downgraded back to Windows 7 because it wasn't working out for you for some reason.

What browser are we talking about?

Here's where I'd start.

If you haven't rebooted the computer yet, do that first and see if the issue persists.

If it does, let's do a clean install.

Uninstall Flash Player - Windows:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Once Flash in uninstalled, download a pristine copy of the installer from the link below, and run it:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

If it still doesn't work, please check out our installation troubleshooting guide:
