    DUPLICATE FILES in collections

    brampton Level 1

I have duplicate files in all my collections but it is only linking to one file and showing the duplicate greyed out with an exclamation mark.  Unfortunately the duplicate grey out one and its associated copies are the ones I need to reference.  They have all the work done in them and have been rated.  Please help!!

To further explain, I guess I have double imported files into collections.  All the editing and virtual copies was done on import A.  However, the file is now only linking to import B (virgin files) and showing the edited files as missing...ugh

Select the files that you don't want.

Hit the delete key and choose "remove"

Click an exclamation mark on a missing file and locate the original file on your drive.

Any other missing files in the same directory will (should) also be found if you check the box "Find nearby missing photos"
