How big is your zip file?
Hi, I have tried one that is 90MB.
Yet, the documentation says Creative Cloud account should be able use 1GB right?
Hmmm. I would expect that you should be able to do that just fine then. :-(
Double check your zip file and make sure you can unzip it. Maybe the zip file itself is corrupt? What is the total size of the decompressed contents?
Also -- if your project is a CLI project, don't upload platforms/ and plugins/ and the like. You should only upload your www and assets and config.xml.
I can unzip the file fine. Unzipped it is about 100MB.
I have also tried via the github pull button, with the same result.
The project has the config.xml file in the same folder as the platform and plugins folders. So I have zipped the www folder and config.xml on there own.
Are you suggesting that the same error message (about the size of the file) occurs when the file structure is wrong as well as the file size?
If so, how do I tell what the actual problem is?
Also, are you aware that in Chrome the uploading file message doesn't appear - so the user has no clue to what is happening. I only realised when I used internet explorer.
Had a look at your account, it looks like your Creative Cloud subscription propagated to Build around 930am PST (little over 2 hours ago). Can you try again now?
Thanks, that was it. It would be helpful to have an account status page so I didn't waste time while my account wasn't setup.
