Since I bought my new iPhone 6s it's been difficult to import the images from the phone.
In the import dialog it shows an iPhone but it's not the right one - no images are shown.
When I unplug the phone and plug it in again LIghtroom shows the phone the phone now as Apple iPhone and I can import.
It's a minor issue but annoying.
Has anyone a solution?
I'm using the very latest LR CC
I had the same issue.
My work around was to make sure the iPhone does not go to sleep. When it goes to sleep lightroom loses contact.
Thank you @PRR_Cabin
It seems that it loses contact when iPhone goes to sleep. But it did not do so before my upgrade to 6s and LR CC to 2015.6 - so it most be a bug in Lightroom :-(
Wonder where to report it?
I too have had a similar problem with the new version of Lightroom on my iphone 6s. The only way I can get Lightroom to recognise and load new photos from my phone is to reboot the phone and then log into the phone while still connected to the computer.
Then it mounts the new images. Bit of a pain every time but it's the only way I 've found.
