I recently downloaded the Adobe Photoshop Express app on my laptop, but each time I attempted to log in the following message appeared, "There was an error connecting to your Adobe ID account. Please try again." I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and tried logging in with Facebook and Google. Nothing worked! How can this issue be resolved?
We are looking at resolving this on priority. There seems to be an issue with Windows desktop and Windows tablet devices. It is working fine for Windows Phone.
