Hello, I have Creative Cloud Photography plan photographer (one-year, prepaid). I made prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ended 16 June 2017. But each time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive information message that "there is an issue with the payment Creative Cloud Photography... Please check your payment in your account management... If an issue is not solved till set period of time the Creative Cloud Photography will stop working." I checked it and see that payment transaction was processed successfully, I see the number of invoice, the number of transaction etc. I cannot understand what should I do to avoid problems with working in Lightroom or Photoshop in the nearest days.
