Well, now that someone moved your question to the correct forum, I will try to help

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

Hey everyone, I have similar problem, and following the instructions of uninstalling, running the Adobe cleaner, and then doing clean install, have not solved my issue. I still get the "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem..." error message whenever I try to start the app, which has two options, to either quit or to go to the download website. If I download the installer and try to run it, it will give me the same error, so it is just a circle without a definite description of what is wrong.

Are there any other suggestion on what might be the cause of this?

I should also add that this problem occurred after an update this morning. Creative cloud has been working fine till now (although I did have problem where it would randomly log me out through out the day, but looking at how many people been having that issue for past years I don't know if that is the real cause of the problem I am having now)

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

Thank you!

**UPDATE**

I was able to resolve my problem by first uninstalling Creative Cloud, and then going and manually deleting all the Adobe folders that were left on the system (Program Files, User folder, etc). For some reason Adobe cleaner software hasn't done anything to clean the previous installation, so after manual deleting (and running CCleaner to remove any register links), I was able to do clean install of the Adobe Cloud. It was installed and running without any problems so far.
