Have you enabled Auto Add in Lightroom mobile ?

About the Sync issue with Lightroom Desktop,Please check whether you can see those collection in Lightroom web?
Log in with your Adobe Id on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and check.

Akash, that setting is, in fact, applied. However this issue seems to have corrected itself. I Have a few months of photos that weren't added, but all new photos seem to be getting added correctly now. I have no idea why. Thank you!

I am glad the issue corrected itself.
Akash, I confused this with my other thread. This is still not resolved. Auto add photos is on. When I take photos they are, in fact, being added correctly to the Lightroom catalog on my phone. They then, in turn, synch to my Adobe cloud account and I can view them online. Where the workflow is failing is that they are not automatically showing up in my Lightroom desktop app.
