Could you please check and let me know if you are able to get colored print from any other application apart from Lightroom?
Also, since when are you facing this issue, did you make any changes in Lightroom?
Photos prints images in color. Downloaded LR6.6 on Saturday. No changes made to LR this a.m. starting to print previously printed images for client but all coming out in B&W
Clarity - Apple "Photos" application prints pic just fine in color. Running epson print tests come out in color. No changes to Epson 3800 drivers. Only change has been to update LR to 6.6
Thank you for the information.
Check your printer settings once within Lightroom, also if the settings are correct, try resetting Lightroom preferences:How do I reset Lightroom's Preferences? - The Lightroom Queen
thanks for the suggestions, but none of them worked. may need to fo back to previous ver. of LR.
I am sending you a private message, please check and reply.
Epson 3800 now printing in B&W, no color prints. Printer is fine. running OS10.10.5. previous ver of LR was just fine until updating to ver 6.6
Latest versions of both Photoshop and Lightroom have a bug printing on Mac!
Adobe knows about this now, finally. They have a fix in the works. Go back a version and you'll be fine printing again.
