I downloaded Adobe Photoshop Express onto my laptop (Windows 10) through the Windows Store on my laptop. Then, after Photoshop Express was downloaded and installed, I opened the app and attempted to sign-in using my Adobe ID. It gave me an error message, saying, "There was an error connecting to your Adobe ID account. Please try again." My Adobe ID is verified through the email associated with it, but I am still having this problem when trying to sign-in. I tried to sign-in multiple times, even closing the app, but the error message still persists, and I am unable to sign-in with my Adobe ID. I contacted Adobe Support and I was told to post a question on the forum here. Thanks.
We are looking at resolving this on priority. There seems to be an issue with Windows desktop and Windows tablet devices. It is working fine for Windows Phone.
