I bought lightroom 6 as a download and am now locked out. I am told I need to redownload it but this will count as a second machine I assume. I have searched the websites for some support from Adobe and found none - no email or contact number.
I also have lightroom 4 on an old laptop and recently took it on a photography holiday. I was locked out of this as I didn't think to carry the installation discs with me as I had been using it for several years so I couldn't process my photos while away and ended up with a huge backlog of photos.
I am really underwhelmed by Adobe's lack of support for legitimate customers.
