I updated my iPad gen. 3 to IOS 9.3.3 from 9.3.2 and all seemed OK. But when I tried to launch LR for iPad I get a logo screen for about 10-20 seconds and then the app closes. So I powered down and back up. I closed all the other apps. I removed the LR app from my iPad and then went to the app store to download it again. But it won't download. I press the button to install and get the circle but the circle never starts to fill up. I've tried this numerous times. What else can I do?
If an Apple Store is convenient, take your iPad there. Make an appoint with the resident "Genius" before you go. There will be no charge.
Thanks Socrates! I decided that since I have a new iPad Pro anyway and this Generation 3 has been relegated to serving as a photo frame there was no harm in just totally resetting it as if it just came out of the box. That did the trick. The only apps on it now are the ones that come with the device from Apple and Lightroom mobile. Nice and clean system No distractions. Thanks for your good advice and quick reply.
