    Infinite loop of "Membership expired," "membership validated," can't open apps


      I logged into my work computer this morning to start working on some design files to be sent to a vendor and got this message:

      We are all set through February 2017. When I hit "Try again," it validates my membership, I try to open the application, and I get that message again. Chat Support was not very helpful, and their response was to have my admin make me an admin for full rights. He did so, and I'm still getting this loop. It's been 5 hours since I got into the office and I still can't do any design work. Anyone else having this issue? What solved it for you? Other designer friends are having a similar thing happen and Adobe Support is not helping them either.
