I’m having trouble while trying to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription (annual subscription, billed monthly, automatically renewed), under the account name Cezar Mesas, from Brazil. After login, I’ve followed the steps and ended with a message “Your contact options are: chat between 09:00 and 17:00”, but with no link to the chat.
Any other attempt to get in touch with Adobe proved to be an endless loop, pointing to that same page.
There is not an email address, a phone number, nothing but this forum. By the way, according to this forum, this seems to be common, with costumers becoming very aggressive due to redundant explanations and demands like “Adobe wants to know why you want to cancel your subscription”.
Can someone inform me how to get in touch with the staff and the easyest way to cancel my subscription?

Hi Ce'zar I just had the absolute best customer service experience with an Adobe Live Chat representative. Very informative & pleasing. Just go to www.adobe.com, follow your prompts to sign in, click on contact us & you can either choose chat with a live representative or phone call a representative. Either way Adobe is there to answer your questions. Try not to get discouraged & good luck!!!
Also Adobe has a link if you choose to cancel your subscription. Best Wishes!
